It has been a year since our window project. We are very pleased with the overall experience. We notice a substantial reduction in our heating and cooling bills as a result of the window and patio door installation.

The representative of Universal Direct, Cody Hinkle, came and talked with us about their windows, saving money on heating and cooling expenses. In 94 degree weather today, our central air hasn’t shut off all afternoon! I believe with the new windows, we will save not only the expenses, but the wear and tear on our less than ten year furnace and air conditioning!
