Tanner Hamilton was very polite and professional and explained my options and pricing on the options. He was considerate of the fact that my wife was in the middle of an online meeting and we had to be as quiet as possible.
After 8 weeks got the windows installed. The installers were great. On time!! Very pleasant and skilled with installing the windows. While I think the windows were expensive; right now everything is. But the windows look great and having watched the entire installation they were installed well and insulated. All in all very happy with the windows.

Where do I start? My first interaction with my salesman, Carlo Tomasi went very well. As a single woman who was afraid to make a big financial decision, he educated me on windows, gave me all discounts possible and promised to be with me through the whole process. He definitely fulfilled his promise. Because of Carlo, I went with Universal windows. As of today, sliding doors and windows all installed. Ryan installed my windows today and he was awesome, very neat and efficient. The warranty they promise they fulfill. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct.

Had 8 windows replaced. Salesman, Robert Wolfson, was fantastic. He stopped by job site before completed to make sure everything was alright. The installing crew, Ryan Lilly and Eric, were very professional, polite, answered all questions, the work is perfect. Will use them again. 👍

My second replacement: large picture window and sliding glass doors. The installing crew were great. They worked hard and long to remove the picture window that was made of metal, it was original to the house and about 85 years old. Took about 4 hours to remove. Installing the sliding glass door was a lot easier. Love the look of the new window and door. Thanks once again to Universal Windows!!!

Third installment was front door. Mike and Harry did a great job. Mike paid special attention to details and made sure door was installed correctly. He kept making adjustments until he felt it was “perfect”. Mike installed the door as if he was installing it at his home. Fantastic job.
