John Henkel drove over an hour all the way out to my house and was very nice. He did not pressure me into buying anything more than I needed. He was very friendly with my big dog too. The installation crew came and from the moment they came in there was no wasted time. They took every precaution to ensure to to leave a mess where they were working. They were polite and a joy to have in our home. The windows themselves are a great fit to the house and a much needed upgrade from the stock windows. From the outside of the house coming up the road all I can say is wow as they are sharp and crisp compared to the old windows…. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in the need of a window upgrade

John Sara was our sales person. I had almost canceled the appointment altogether after reading all of the reviews about sales people on Reddit but he was great. He didn’t do a high-pressure sales and didn’t make us look at all the glass that we’ve already seen before etc. etc..
