Very Impressed with Patio Enclosures. I called about a week ago and they were able to work around my work schedule. Josh came out right on time and was very courteous. We had purchased our home 4 years ago that had a sun room already on it, and of course it was one problem after another 🙁 So when Josh came out he was very honest and very informative with me on the different kinds of rooms they offer. Will be calling them back when we are ready to do a full season room. Thank you Josh its nice to find honest people out there.

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of my replacement windows. They look great. They look so great I decided to paint the laundry room and declutter it!

I recently had my windows replaced by Apex and I wanted to share with you how thrilled I am with everything from the sales process to the installation to the follow through.  It has really been a wonderful experience.

What a difference the new windows have made for us, we definitely notice how they improved the look both inside and out.  The first most noticeable improvement was how quiet it was once they were installed.  We are also noticing how they are keeping the warmth in and the cold out.  I had double pane windows before and these are really so much better.  The quality is so apparent.  The installation and follow through has also been amazing, they kept me really informed all the way through and answered any questions I had.  They made me feel really comfortable with everything.  I would highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for windows.  Please feel free to reach out to me if needed.

I had a broken door handle. After a delay due to COVID-19, I worked with Jenifer in the Buffalo office. She scheduled a crew with the necessary parts. The crew arrived as scheduled and quickly fixed my door. They worked in a very professional manner on a very cold day. Thanks to Jenifer and the repair crew.

The supervisor Jim was very kind and he listened carefully what a customer asked. I loved when he showed up with crews on time and he always let me know if he could not make the proposed time. About 90% of contractors do not keep the time, but crews from Patio Enclosures were on time. His after care service was thorough, too. I would like to work with him if I had other constructions.
